Purpose and use
The site provides general financial education. Reading it does not create an adviser, fiduciary, accountant, lawyer, broker, or client relationship. We do not receive deposits or execute financial transactions through editorial content. Check provider terms and obtain qualified advice where your circumstances require it.
You may read the site and use its tools lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, or misuse another person's information. These terms do not prevent legally protected research, accessibility uses, or other rights the law gives you.
Content and calculations
Information can become outdated or contain errors. Rates and offers are observations, not commitments to provide credit or returns. Availability and eligibility depend on the provider. Examples omit details and should not be treated as an individual plan.
Calculator outputs depend on inputs and stated assumptions. They may exclude fees, taxes, inflation, variable returns, calendar effects, or changing law unless specifically included. Sample records, fictional cases, placeholder videos, and illustrative comparisons are demonstration material, not news, testimonials, or tested offers. See the financial disclaimer.
Links and commercial material
External services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link or displayed advertisement does not guarantee a provider's conduct or safety. Relevant paid relationships must be disclosed. We cannot resolve a financial product dispute on a provider's behalf.
Intellectual property and submissions
Pocket Plain's original text and branding are protected where applicable. You may link to pages and exercise lawful quotation, fair use, fair dealing, or other statutory exceptions. Republishing substantial content or implying our endorsement may require permission. Third party materials remain subject to their owners' rights; no right to reuse them is granted here.
By sending correspondence, you permit us to use it as reasonably needed to answer or investigate your request. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to publish your private story. Obtain permission before sending someone else's confidential material. We should request separate permission before attributing a reader's case or quote publicly.
Availability, responsibility, and mandatory rights
The service may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, content is supplied without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular financial decision. Any limitation of responsibility remains subject to mandatory law; this template does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waive consumer or data protection rights.
No mandatory arbitration, class action waiver, exclusive foreign court, or fixed damages limit is imposed by this draft. Governing law and jurisdiction require legal review and must respect mandatory local protections, including Brazilian consumer rights where applicable.
Updates and contact
